SpectreSpoofer operates on a credit-based system with various subscription tiers. Payment terms vary by subscription level:

• Trial: 5 credits for evaluation purposes
• Lite Plan: 5,000 credits with 30-day validity
• Premium Plan: 25,000 credits with 30-day validity
• Custom Plans: Enterprise solutions with negotiated terms

All subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SpectreSpoofer and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
